Jeffrey L. Fazio

Jeffrey Fazio began the practice of law defending manufacturers, insurance companies, hospitals, property owners, and state and municipal government entities in products liability, securities fraud, unfair business practice, and civil rights cases. That changed in 1995, when Mr. Fazio began representing plaintiffs in a major consumer class action, and, since 1996, he has represented only plaintiffs in a broad range of class actions, shareholder-derivative suits, and other complex cases in trial and appellate courts throughout the United States.

 

Having faced tremendous odds against many of the largest, most powerful companies in the world and the large law firms that represent them, Mr. Fazio has used creativity, rigorous analysis, and a willingness to challenge convention to obtain exceptional results for his clients.
